Chicken Potato Soup
Chicken Potato Soup
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
½ Chopped Onion
1 Chopped Carrot
2 Cloves Garlic
¼ cup Chopped Cilantro
¼ cup Chopped Parsley
1 Bouillon Cube
2 Chopped Potatoes
Salt and pepper
Leftover Cooked Chicken pieces
1)Sauté onion and carrot in the oil in a stew pot.
2)Add in the garlic and stir.
3)Toss in the cilantro, parsley and lots of water to bring to a boil.
4)Dissolve the bouillon cube in hot water and toss into the soup.
5)Add in the potatoes, season, and cook for 30 minutes.
6)Toss in the chicken pieces during the last five minutes.
